A romantic day with two Siberian guys in Florence Elen and Anton are two Siberian guys from Krasnoyarsk. I realized that there was great harmony between us since the first email. They were looking for a photographer to document their engagement at Boboli gardens in Florence. I met them in front of Boboli Gardens on a sunny afternoon in mid-June. Elen and Anton, as in Russian tradition, were dressed in the same clothes as their wedding. After a few minutes I realized that I was in front of a couple that came from another era: elegance, refinement and delicacy were in every word. I was totally in love with this couple and everything was very natural. During the photo session I understood even more how important it was for them that afternoon: how important photography was to them as a “mirror of memory”. Honeymoon in Florence at Boboli Gardens On the hillside behind Palazzo Pitti lie the magnificent Boboli Gardens, one of the most important Italian gardens and a fantastic open-air museum. Boboli Gardens are more like a mysterious labyrinth of hedges and cypress trees winding through hilly terrain. This green oasis in the heart of Florence is sumptuously laid out with antique furnishings and priceless works of Italian paintings and sculptures. Themes of alchemy and the occult mingled with myths of classical antiquity in the natural caverns decorated to enhance an atmosphere of enchantment. The day was ending and we decided to take a walk along the Arno river. Thank you Elen and Anton, from the bottom of my heart! Kind words from the couple: I was so glad that Guido was taking photos us. He’s really professional of the business and he have made us such wonderful photos! Guido is very kind and to take photos under the direct guidance was very easy. If you wanna have the professional photos and to feel a spontaneity during photography. I recommend to write to Guido!
